What are your long-term goals, and how do you plan to continue growing?
I was in the midst of expanding to my third franchise when the pandemic appeared, which ended up delaying the plan a bit. Still, I hope to achieve it in 2024 if everything continues as it has been. I opened the first one in 2015 and the second in 2018. Afterward, in the long term, I would like to have a fourth one. I believe it would be my ultimate goal considering that I am a sole proprietorship and do not have partners.

What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering opening a franchise in challenging times like the present?
The most important advice I could give to all new franchisees is to forget everything learned up to that point in their previous work experiences and to pay attention to and follow the guidelines provided by the commercial management. They will provide all the tools for setting up the entire business structure, from the smallest to the largest details.
They will assign a Franchise Coordinator with whom they will interact almost daily initially, and who will provide answers and solutions to every little detail, such as printing flyers for distribution in public areas.
There is no need to think about anything; everything is already done.
Moreover, where there is a crisis, an opportunity arises. Opening a franchise in times of uncertainty can be a smart strategy. One cannot depend indefinitely on financial speculation, and working in an independent business can offer higher profit margins and control.
